Limitierte 180g-Vinyl-LP-Pressung. Das fünfte und letzte Studioalbum von The Police, Synchronicity, erschien im Juni 1983 und war die erfolgreichste Veröffentlichung der Band. Obwohl es poporientierter und experimenteller ist als Ghost in the Machine oder Zenyatta Mondatta, machte Synchronicity The Police zu globalen Superstars und brachte nicht weniger als fünf klassische Hitsingles hervor. „Every Breath You Take“, „King of Pain“, „Wrapped Around Your Finger“ und „Synchronicity II“. Der Titel des Albums und ein Großteil des Materials für die Lieder wurden von Arthur Koestlers The Roots of Coincidence inspiriert. Bei den Grammy Awards 1984 wurde das Album für insgesamt fünf Auszeichnungen nominiert, darunter das Album des Jahres.
